粉细砂层中注浆模拟试验研究

中文摘要:为研究在不同注浆条件下,近似牛顿流体的化学浆液在密室砂土中扩散特性、加固范围及加固后砂土的性质。故研发了一种注浆模拟试验装置,利用击实法制备特定密度的砂土层,并进行注浆模拟试验。注浆实验采用压力和注浆量控制。通过对注浆结果进行对比分析,得到了注浆压力、注浆量等对注浆效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:注浆压力对AG浆液的扩散直径存在影响,其基本规律是在注浆量一定的条件,为注浆压力越大横向扩散直径越小,加固体上下两段的加固直径逐渐相互靠拢,注浆加固的深度越深。在同一注浆压力或注浆量条件下,注浆加固体各位置加固强度基本均一,力学性质相对稳定。在相同密度的砂土中,采用AG浆液注浆,注浆压力越大,被注体强度越高;注浆量对被注体强度无明显影响。

Experimental Study on Grouting in Fine Sand Layer
Abstract:To study the diffusion characteristics of the chemical slurry of Newtonian fluid in a closed chamber sand under different grouting conditions, the reinforcement range, and the properties of the reinforced sand. Developed a grouting simulation test device,and carried out the grouting simulation test, compared and analyzed the results of grouting, and obtained the influence of grouting pressure and grouting volume on grouting. The results showed that: grouting pressure affects the diffusion diameter of AG slurry, the basic rule is the amount of grouting in certain conditions, the larger the grouting pressure, the smaller the horizontal diffusion diameter, The reinforcing diameter of the upper and lower parts of the solid is gradually close to each other, and the depth of the grouting reinforcement is deeper. Under the condition of the same grouting pressure and grouting amount, the strength of grouting reinforcement at each location is basically uniform and the mechanical properties are relatively stable. In the same stratum, with AG grout grouting, the larger the grouting pressure, the higher the injection strength; The grouting volume had no obvious effect on the strength .
