地热开采井筒温度损失模型及应用

中文摘要:地下热水开采过程,井筒周围持续散热导致地热水温度降低形成了井筒温度损失。目前关于井筒温度损失的研究很少,在地热利用方案的编写过程中难以确定设计排量下的井口热水温度,致使后续井网部署及单井配产困难,配产量与实际用热需求易产生供需矛盾。本文首次建立了地热井井筒温度损失模型。借助大型有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics,以华北油田某潜山区块实际生产数据为例,进行热采井筒温度损失影响因素分析,并分别对实际生产中雾迷山组热水井和高于庄组热水井井筒温度损失进行了预测。论文的研究结果与生产实际相符,对下一步地热开采方案的编制提供借鉴和理论指导。

Model and Utilization of Geothermal Water Temperature Loss in the Wellboreon Geothermal Water Exploitation
Abstract:In the geothermal water exploitation,due to continue heat dissipation around the wellbore, the temperature of the geothermal water in the wellhead is usually lower than the temperature in the bottom hole. Recently, the study on the temperature loss in the wellbore is rarely, and it is a difficult thing to determine wellhead water temperature under the design water exploitation rate during geothermal water utilization project compiling, Which made there might be a contradiction between the Single well water proration and the actual geothermal water needed. In this paper, a study on the temperature loss theory of geothermal water in the wellbore was carried on. Base on the actual water exploitation data, a model was built with the help of finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics. The influence factors of the temperature loss of the wellbore were analyzed, and the actual water temperature loss in the wellbore was modeled.
