水平定向穿越大口径管道起吊仿真分析

中文摘要:水平定向穿越管道起吊过程中,管道的吊点位置决定管道入土角度,如果入土角度偏大或者偏小,都可能导致管道在入土时发生卡管或瘪管事故。通过对管道起吊过程的仿真分析,得到通过对不同入土角度,吊点位置对管道应力的影响计算得到:吊点2与管道前端相距10m,入土角为10°时,两吊点的许用间距为22m~28m;入土角为12°时,两吊点的许用间距为28m~36m;入土角为14°时,两吊点的许用间距为30m~36m,此时管道起吊过程中,管道处于安全状态。当入土角度超过16°时,管道应力超出了管道的屈服应力,因此建议管道入土角度最好不超过16°。

The mechanical analysis of pipeline lifting during the horizontal directional crossing
Abstract:If the hoisting position is bad during the engineer of the lifting pipe, which may bring the serious influence when the pipe smoothly enter the grave, even happen stuck pipe and tube flat accidents. Through the mechanical analysis of the pipe lifting, we established mathematical model about lifting point position and the grave angle, which on the basis of reasonable assumptions. The location of the lifting point 2 effect on the size of the grave angle more than lifting point 1 by mathematical model analysis。And then compared with the calculated value of mathematical model and the value of test measurement, we discover the error of theoretical calculation value and experimental value that is only 5.8%. So the mathematical model can be used to guide the actual construction.
