复合钻进技术在红柳煤矿冻结孔施工中的应用

中文摘要:神华宁煤集团红柳煤矿地质构造发育、地层倾角大、软硬互层多,冻结孔钻进施工中钻孔易偏斜,使用陀螺测斜仪配合螺杆钻具纠斜作业次数多、易复偏,影响工程进度。针对这些问题,现场研究采用PDC或牙轮钻头配合1°单弯螺杆复合钻进技术,取得了很好的防斜打快效果,值得类似工程借鉴。

Application ofScombined drilling technique in the freezing well in Hongliu Coalmine/ Zhang Kai(Hydrogeological Exploration Bureau,CNACG,Handan,Hebei 056000)S
Abstract:Because of geological structure development, large dip angle formation, soft and hard interbeded formation, the freezing well drilling is easy to deflect and restoring drilling times, easily slope again and also delayed project progress in Hongliu Coalmine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group. For these problems, the authors easily PDC or cone bit with screw(1°) compound drilling technology, then get better effects on anti-deflection and improving ROP, it is worthy reference for other similar projects.
