高密度油基钻井液在威204H37-8页岩气水平井的研究与应用

中文摘要:为解决威远-长宁地区泥页岩地层井壁失稳、井眼清洁等问题,通过试验优选出高密度油基钻井液的乳化剂、有机土和降滤失剂等处理剂,正交试验优选出一种高密度油基钻井液体系,得出最终比例:油水比80:20(25%CaCl2水溶液)、5%主乳化剂+2.0%辅乳化剂+2.0%润湿剂+5%降滤失剂+2%有机土+3%CaO。对其性能进行评价,结果表明该体系具有良好的密度支持性,可加重密度至2.2g/cm3,抗污染能力优良,可抗水污染达9%,抗岩屑污染至18%,强抑制作用,回收率95.11%,乳化性能稳定。现场应用表明:高密度油基钻井液满足威204H37-8井需求,全程性能良好,顺利完钻,井径规则,测井未见异常。

Research and application of high density oil-based drilling fluid at Wei204H37-8 shale gas horizontal well
Abstract:In order to solve the problems of wellbore instability and wellbore cleanliness in shale formation in Weiyuan-Changning area, we optimized the emulsifier, organic soil and filtrate reducer of high density oil-based drilling fluid through experiments. The optimum prescription was oil-water ratio 80:20 (25% CaCl2 aqueous solution)5%main emulsifier+2.0%auxiliary emulsifier+2.0%wetting agent+5%filtration reducer+2% organic soil+3%CaO. The evaluation results showed that the system has good density supporting ability, which can increase the density up to 2.2g/cm3, excellent anti-pollution ability, which the water pollution could resisted to 9%, and rock debris pollution to 18%, strong inhibition, rolling recovery rate was 95.11%. It also has stable emulsification performance. Field application showed that the high-density oil-based drilling fluid could achieve the requirements of well Wei204H37-8, and has good performance throughout the whole process, drilling completed smoothly, and has regular borehole diameter, and no abnormal logging is observed.
