中文摘要:塔里木盆地柯坪地区地质调查井(新苏地1井)钻探工程项目—新苏地1井,位于塔里木盆地阿瓦提凹陷沙井子构造带上,该构造带地层倾角大、胶结性差、破碎严重,井壁稳定性差。实钻钻遇地层岩性主要为泥岩、砂岩、泥质粉砂岩、灰岩、白云岩、含泥云岩、石英片岩等,存在多处垮塌和漏失井段。现场采用聚合物防塌冲洗液体系,较好地解决了地层破碎、坍塌掉块等复杂问题,该体系具有抑制性强、胶结性好,在整井的施工中取得了较好的护壁堵漏应用效果,保证了项目的顺利实施。

Study of dato and plugging technology of drilling fluid in No.1 well of Xinsudi in Keping Area of Tarim Basin
Abstract:The Geological Survey well(Xinsudi 1 well) drilling project in the Keping area of the Tarim Basin-Xinsudi 1 well is located on the Shajingzi tectonic belt of the Awati depression in the Tarim Basin.The structural belt has a large inclination、 poor cementation、 serious breakage and the stability of the well wall is poor. The lithology of the drilling stratum is mainly mudstone, sandstone, argillaceous siltstone, limestone, dolomite, mud-bearing cloud rock, quartz schist and so on,there are many collapses and missing wells。 The use of polymer anti-collapse flushing liquid system on the site has solved the complex problems of stratum fragmentation ,collapse and the system has strong inhibition and good cementation, and has achieved a good performance in the application of Well containment in the construction of the whole well, which ensures the project's successful implementation.
