关键链技术在3000m小口径科钻项目中的应用

中文摘要:山东省第六地质矿产勘查院施工的招远水旺庄3000m科钻项目是招平断裂带第一深孔,终孔孔深3000.58m,历时232天,施工进度为同孔深同口径系列全国第一。本文中以该项目进度管理为研究课题,在前期设计中深入分析了项目施工过程中的各个环节,并用WBS对其进行分解,查找出影响工程进度的主要方面,设置汇入缓冲区,在施工过程中采用关键链技术对施工进度优化并最终取得成果。关键链技术使项目管理人员对整个工程有一个即动态又实时的掌控,这对深孔钻探及规模性钻探工程会战的工期控制有重要的意义。

Abstract:the 3000m drilling project of Zhaoyuan shuiwangzhuang in Shandong province"s sixth geological and mineral exploration Institute is the first deep hole in zhaoping fault zone.The final hole depth is 3000.58m, lasting 232 days.The construction progress is the first in the series with the same hole depth and the same diameter.In this paper, the project schedule management is taken as the research topic, and the various aspects of the project construction process are deeply analyzed in the preliminary design.And use WBS to decompose it,Find out the main aspects that affect the progress of the project, set up the import buffer, use the key chain technology in the construction process to optimize the construction progress and finally achieve results.The key chain technology enables project managers to have a dynamic and real-time control of the entire project, which is of great significance for the construction of deep hole drilling and large-scale drilling engineering.
