中文摘要:本次基坑涌水事故是基坑内废桩孔回填封堵不密实,导致深部承压含水层中承压水击穿废桩孔,造成涌水事故。事故发生后,采用混凝土回填反压涌水,后在桩孔内注浆封堵,但均未成功。之后经过多方咨询和充分研讨,确定采取降水方案,即降低深部承压水水位至涌水口以下,在无涌水的情况下进行注浆封堵。该降水封堵方案实施历时18天,成功的解决了涌水事故,为类似工程提供有益经验。

Nanjing Jiangbei New Area CBD Underground Space First Stage Foundation Pit Water Inrush Accident Treatment and Enlightenment
Abstract:In the excavation process of a foundation pit in Nanjing, due to an abandoned pile was not effectively sealed, deep confined water inrush occurred through the abandoned pile. After the inrush accident, the method of concrete backfilling or grout sealing all failed. Then after a lot of consultation and discussion, dewatering scheme was adopted, i.e., reducing the deep confined water level to below the water inrush position and conducting grout sealing under waterless condition. This dewatering scheme took 15 days to resolve the water inrush accident, which could provide useful experience for similar projects.
