中文摘要:通过在井下大巷实施井下水平井与原有地面U型井对接连通,实现将地面抽采改为井下正压抽采,可解决煤层气地面抽采的诸多不利,有利于降低抽采成本,改进抽采管理水平。项目在实施期间获得井下长距离对接连通;设计、制造、投产国内井下处理能力最大的正压排采装置及首创国内煤矿井下不稳定试井。通过井下正压抽采,可以有效提高瓦斯最终采收率,为降低保德煤矿抽采成本开辟了新的途径,项目具有广泛推广价值。

Abstract:By connecting the downhole horizontal well with the original U-shaped well in the underground roadway, the conversion of surface pumping to downhole positive pressure pumping can solve many disadvantages of coalbed methane surface extraction, which is beneficial to reduce the cost of pumping and improve the management of pumping. During the implementation of the project, the downhole long distance docking connection is obtained, the positive pressure discharge production device with the largest downhole treatment capacity in China is design, manufactured and put into production, and the unstable underground well test in domestic coal mine is the first. Through downhole positive pressure extraction, the final recovery of high gas can be effectively invested, which opens up a new way to reduce the extraction cost of Baode Coal Mine, and the project has extensive popularization value.
