中文摘要:以南昌市深基坑支护工程实例为背景,通过分析周边环境、地质条件、开挖深度,在保证安全的前提下,充分利用各种因素降低基坑支护造价。在地下水控制上,合理确定坑外地下水位控制标高,采用截水、降水的组合形式。基坑支护结构采用组合支护结构,在不同部位分别采用土钉墙、锚拉式排桩的支护形式;支护结构上,下部采用不同结构类型的组合[1]。通过设计方案比较与优化,做到安全适用、经济合理。

Composite support technology for deep foundation pit of Nanchang commercial center
Abstract:Taking the deep foundation pit support project in Nanchang as an example, by analyzing the surrounding environment, geological conditions and excavation depth, and on the premise of ensuring safety, the cost of foundation pit support is reduced by making full use of various factors. In the control of groundwater, reasonable determination of the elevation of the Watertable control outside the pit, adopting the combined form of cutting off water and precipitation. The composite retaining structure is adopted in the foundation pit, and the Soil Nailing Wall and anchor-pulling piles are adopted in different parts. Through the comparison and optimization of design schemes, it is safe, applicable and economical and reasonable.
