中文摘要:本文针对皖页1HF水平井用油基钻井液性能要求,开展1.3g/cm3密度和抗温120℃钻井液体系优选与评价,以0#柴油为基础油,通过分析主乳、辅乳、润湿剂、有机土和降滤失剂对体系性能的影响,优选出五种因素的最优配比,并对优选配方进行了密度和抗温性能的评价,确定油基钻井液体系为主乳4%、辅乳1.5%、润湿剂1%、有机土3.5%、降滤失剂5%,该体系经过120℃老化16h后,塑性粘度33mPa.s,动切力9Pa,平均破乳电压735V,高温高压滤失量1.8ml;该体系在皖页1HF井进行了现场应用,应用效果良好。

Oil-based drilling fluid technology for Well wanye 1HF
Abstract:This paper addresses the performance requirements of drilling fluid for oil-based drilling in horizontal well of Well wanye 1HF , the 1.3g/cm3 density and temperature resistant 120℃ drilling fluid system was optimized and evaluated. By analyzing the effects of main emulsifier、auxiliary emulsifier、wetting agent、organic clay and filter loss reducer on the system performance, optimizing the best ratio of five factors. Then evaluating the density gradient and temperature gradient for the preferred formula, therefore, the drilling fluid system suitable for the block at 120℃ is preferred. The system was applied in the field at Well wanye 1HF respectively, and achieved good application results.
