中文摘要:新建川藏铁路途经川西高原地区,区内地势险峻、生态脆弱、道路交通条件差,开展工程勘察钻探的难度很大。其中涉及到大量特长深埋隧道的勘察。水平取心钻探是隧道勘察的重要手段之一。针对工区条件,EP600Plus型便携式钻机原设计无法施工水平孔、水平孔钻进阻力大、大量高压涌水制约取心效率等问题,通过改造升级和加工创新等多种方法灵活运用,配套辅助设备并首创架管便桥便道等环保措施,完成最深903.28m的水平取心钻孔。探索建立的整套技术方案现已逐渐应用成熟,其主要成果可为同类型工程项目提供参考。

Application of Wire-line Coring Technology and Equipment in Ultra-long Horizontal Borehole for Exploration in the Newly-built Sichuan-Tibet Railway/XIAO Hua,MA Ying-hui (Jinzuan Com., 402 Team, Sichuan Bureau of Geology Mineral Resources, Chengdu Sichuan 611743, China)
Abstract:The newly-built Sichuan-Tibet Railway passes through, the western Sichuan Plateau. Precipitous topography, vulnerable ecology and poor traffic condition of the region bring about many obstacles for carrying out engineering exploration drilling, especially for exploration of lots of extra-long deep tunnels. Horizontal core-drilling is one of the important means for exploration of tunnels. Under this condition, the original design of the portable drilling rig EP600Plus will face such problems as being unsuitable for horizontal borehole, high drilling resistance and low coring efficiency restricted by mass of high-pressure water gushing. Therefore, diversified methods including drill alteration, process innovation and auxiliary equipment supporting were applied flexibly. And the environmental protection measures of building auxiliary bridge with steel pipes were first proposed. In the result, a horizontal coring borehole of 903.28m was achieved and a whole set of technical solutions were established. As the application has becoming mature, the main achievements can provide important reference for similar projects in this field.
