复杂环境下35米倒锥壳水塔定向爆破

中文摘要:上海市闵行区曹行双柏路1515号一座高35米锥壳式钢筋混凝土结构水塔,其周边有创业园、架空管线等,爆破区域周边环境较为复杂,倒塌方向单一,精准控制水塔的倒塌方向及爆破飞石和爆破振动难度较大。结合水塔的结构特点和周边环境因素,通过采取等腰梯形爆破缺口,预开设三角形定向窗的方式,对定向的准确性起到决定性作用;采用铺设黄砂和草袋的被动防护方法,竹笆和安全网的主动防护方法相结合的防护方法,可以有效控制爆破振动、飞石对周围的影响。爆破取得较好效果。。

Directional blasting of 35 meter inverted cone shell water tower in complex environment
Abstract:A 35 meter high reinforced concrete water tower with conical shell structure, No. 1515, Shuangbai Road, caohang District, Minhang District, Shanghai, is surrounded by Pioneer Park and overhead pipelines. The surrounding environment of the blasting area is complex and the collapse direction is single. It is difficult to accurately control the collapse direction of the water tower, the blasting flying rock and blasting vibration. Combined with the structural characteristics of the water tower and the surrounding environmental factors, by taking isosceles trapezoidal blasting gap and pre opening triangle directional window, it plays a decisive role in the accuracy of orientation; the passive protection method of laying yellow sand and straw bags, and the active protection method of bamboo fence and safety net can effectively control the impact of blasting vibration and flying rocks on the surrounding area 。 The blasting has achieved good results.
