中文摘要:根据RJP工法的施工工艺,设计XLT-230高压旋喷钻机的液压系统,其功能主要有动力头回转回路,动力头提升给进回路,钻机行走回路及辅助动作回路。并经过现场施工试验表明,该钻机液压系统设计合理,可靠性高,系统节能效果好,完全能够实现RJP工法的施工要求。

Design and application of hydraulic system of RJP drilling machine
Abstract:According to the construction technology of rjp method, the hydraulic system of xlt-230 high-pressure rotary jet drill is designed. Its functions mainly include power head rotary circuit, power head lifting feed circuit, drill traveling circuit and auxiliary action circuit. The field test shows that the hydraulic system of the drilling rig is reasonable in design, high in reliability and good in energy saving, which can fully meet the construction requirements of rjp method.
