两种高抗硫酸盐水泥稳定浆液性能现场试验对比研究与分析

中文摘要:向家坝水电站坝基挠曲核部破碎带补强灌浆浆液采用高抗硫酸盐水泥浆液。灌浆孔深多超过150m,钻灌施工过程中,其浆液稳定性、可灌性、固壁性、泌水性、初凝时间、结石体强度等,较常规工艺提出了更高的要求。为此,向家坝水电站坝基补强灌浆处理开展了高抗硫酸盐水泥稳定浆液研究并取得了初步成果。为进一步优化研究成果,实现浆液与工艺匹配,现场开展了“掺加缓凝型减水剂的高抗硫酸盐水泥浆液”与“高抗硫酸盐水泥改性稳定浆液”对比试验研究。研究发现,采用六偏磷酸钠替代缓凝型高效减水剂作为缓凝剂与分散剂的高抗硫酸盐水泥改性稳定浆液稳定性、可灌性、固壁性、泌水性、初凝时间、结石体强度等性能均较掺加缓凝型减水剂的高抗硫酸盐水泥浆液更优,其性能与工艺的匹配性更好。

Comparative Study and Analysis on the Performance of Two Kinds of High Sulfate Resistant Cement Stabilized Grout in Field Tests
Abstract:High sulfate resistant cement slurry is used for reinforcing grouting slurry in fracture zone of dam foundation flexural core of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station. The depth of grouting holes is more than 150m. During the process of drilling and grouting, its slurry stability, groutability, wall-fixing property, bleeding property, initial setting time, stone body strength, etc. put forward higher requirements than the conventional process. For this reason, a study on high sulfate resistant cement stabilized grout has been carried out for dam foundation reinforcement grouting treatment of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station and preliminary results have been obtained. In order to further optimize the research results and realize the matching between the slurry and the process, a comparative experimental study of "high sulfate resistant cement slurry mixed with retarding water reducing agent" and "high sulfate resistant cement modified stable slurry" was carried out on the job site. The study found that the performance of the modified stable slurry of high sulfate resistance cement, which uses sodium hexametaphosphate instead of retarding superplasticizer as retarder and dispersant, is better than that of the high sulfate resistance cement slurry with retarding superplasticizer in terms of stability, groutability, wall-fixing property, bleeding property, initial setting time and stone body strength, and its performance is better matched with the process.
