大河边向斜煤层气丛式井快速钻井技术研究

中文摘要:大河边向斜是六盘水具有较好开发前景的区块,丛式井是大河边向斜煤层气开发中应用较广的一种井型。针对煤层气低成本运行模式及贵州岩溶地区地层特征,通过对一开空气钻井技术、钻头选型、钻具组合、钻井液性能、钻进参数等几个方面研究,得出适合大河边向斜煤层气丛式井的快速钻井技术。此外,设计制作的钻机整体移动装置和工序衔接优化也将大幅度缩短钻井周期,快速钻井技术的应用为煤层气低成本、高效、大规模开发奠定了良好基础。

Research on Faster Drilling Technology of Coal-bed Methane Cluster Wells in Dahebian syncline
Abstract:Dahebian syncline has a good development prospect in Liupanshui block. Cluster wells is widely used to develop Dahebian syncline CBM. According to the low-cost operating model and the karst stratum characteristics in Guizhou, a set technology of CBM cluster wells fast drilling was studied in air drilling technology, bit selection, bottom hole assembly, drilling fluid property, drilling parameters etc.. In addition, drilling cycle was shortened largely by whole moving device and optimizing process connection. The fast drilling technology laid the foundation for low cost, high efficiency and large scale development of coal-bed methane.
