中文摘要:基于“界面牛顿力测量的双体灾变力学模型”建立的NPR锚索监测系统,已在多个滑坡现场得到应用,但用于地震预警与科学研究的超大长度锚索跨断层牛顿力监测系统在国内尚属首次。本文结合昌邑市地震局CY-1号文山跨断层牛顿力监测站直径Φ150mm自由段长240m总长300m的NPR锚索施工实践,介绍了松散卵砾石、断层破碎岩等复杂地层小入射角大口径超长度绳索取心勘探、跟管钻进、多性能泥浆护壁、分级扩孔、“绳索钻杆+定位片+钢绞线束+反丝解脱接头+导向锚固头”下索注浆一体化系统等综合施工技术,可供类似工程借鉴。

Comprehensive Construction Technology for Super-long Anchor Cable in Across-fault Newtonian Force Monitoring System
Abstract:The NPR anchor cable monitoring system based on the Two-body Catastrophic Mechanics Model of Interfacial Newton Force Measurement has been applied in many landslide sites. However, it is the first time in China that the cross-fault Newton force monitoring system of super-long cable is used for early earthquake warning and scientific research. This paper, combining the construction practice of NPR anchor cable with a diameter of Φ150mm, a total free length of 240m and a total length of 300m for Wenshan Cross-fault Newton Force Monitoring Station CY-1 of Seismological Bureau of Changyi City, introduces such comprehensive construction technologies as coring exploration, simultaneous casing drilling, multi-performance mud protection wall, stepping enlarging, and integrated cable placing and mud injection system of "cable drill pipe + locating plate + steel strand + release connector with female thread + guiding anchor head" of cable with small incidence angle, large diameter and super length for such complex strata as loose pebbles and fractured rocks.
