大洋钻探重入钻孔技术与系统发展应用

中文摘要:2013年10月,大洋钻探进入全新的阶段——国际大洋发现计划(IODP),提出了探索海底深部,钻穿地壳探索上地幔的目标,对钻探作业水深及海底钻进深度提出了更高的要求,当钻进的孔深较大就出现了钻头重入钻孔的问题。本文通过对美国的“格罗玛.挑战者号”、“乔迪斯.决心号”以及日本的“地球号”大洋钻探船搭载的重入钻孔系统进行调研,介绍了大洋钻探重入钻孔技术现状、重入钻孔系统组成以及重入钻孔工艺流程与应用。“决心号”上的重入钻孔系统和采用的重入方法经过了大量实践验证,代表了当前最先进的无隔水管钻进重入钻孔系统,值得我们在自主设计制造时认真学习和充分借鉴。

Reentry drilling technology and system development and application in ocean drilling
Abstract:In October 2013, ocean drilling entered a new phase——International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP). The aim of exploring the deep seabed and drilling through the crust to explore the upper mantle is put forward, which puts forward higher requirements on the depth of drilling and the drilling depth of the seabed. When the hole depth of drilling is large, the problem of bit reentering drilling occurs. In this paper, the reentry drilling system carried by America"s “GLOMAR Challenger”drill ship、“JOIDES Resolution”drill ship and Japan"s “CHIKYU”drill ship is investigated. This paper introduces the status of reentry drilling technology, the composition of reentry drilling system, the process flow and application of reentry drilling in ocean drilling. The reentry drilling system and the reentry method adopted on the “JOIDES Resolution”drill ship have been verified by a lot of practices, and represent the most advanced re-entry drilling system without riser, which is worthy of our careful study and full reference when designing and manufacturing.
