Same diameter oblique winding measures for ZK88-19 deep hole in shandong laizhou xiling exploration area
Abstract:Drilling hole No. ZK88-19 in Xiling exploration area is designed with a hole depth of 2500m. The hole was drilled in December 2016. A drill-burning accident occurred at a depth of 2034m. The drill-burning accident occurred again when handling the bottom hole tool, resulting in two sets of drill tools And two sets of inner tube assemblies stuck at the bottom of the hole; in August 2017, due to the impact of the delineation of the environmental protection zone, the drilling was forced to stop until the construction was resumed in March 2020. It is very difficult to continue to deal with the fish falling in the hole; In the second test, the self-developed deep-hole same-diameter oblique winding barrier technology, including the design of deflection deflection wedge, deflection drill bit, and the development of deflection wedge fixing measures, was successfully bypassed the accident section and resumed drilling using this technology.
