高速泥浆脉冲传输技术在某钻井过程中的应用研究

中文摘要:中海油服自主研发的Drilog?随钻测井系统由MWD系统、DSM参数仪,以及ACPR电阻率组成,该系统已经成功作业上百井次,为了提高ROP,挂接更多高端成像仪器,中海油服自主研发了HSVP?高速泥浆脉冲遥传系统,包括井下仪器及地面解码系统,经过水循环测试及实钻测试,能够实现12bps的实时解码,已逐步开始在陆地进行试作业。在油气田的勘探开发中,高速泥浆脉冲器可提高井地传输效率,能大幅提高ROP,增加钻进过程中的实施性决策能力,使钻井能够准确进入油层的最佳位置,对提高油气田单井产量,提高采收率发挥重要作用。文章介绍了高速泥浆脉冲器在山西页岩气田某X井8-1/2″井段的使用过程,根据MWD系统上传数据,分析了轨迹控制、动态轨迹测量、随钻测井质量等效果。结果显示HSVP?系统的钻进效率高,上传速率快,定向及时准确,证明了系统在钻进过程中测井质量优良,为系统的扩大使用积累了作业经验。

Research on Application of High-speed Mud Pulse Transmission Technology in Drilling Process
Abstract:Drilog? which was self-developed by COSL, formed with MWD, DSM and ACPR had already completed field work for hundreds of times. In order to improve ROP and attach more high-end imaging instruments, COSL has independently developed the HSVP? high-speed mud pulse transmission system. The HSVP? Includes downhole instrument and ground decoding system, after water cycle test and real drilling test, it can realize real-time decoding of 12bps, and has gradually started trial operation on land. In the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, the HSVP? can improve the transmission efficiency of wells, greatly improve ROP, increase the implementation decision-making ability in the drilling process, enable the drilling to accurately enter the optimal position of the oil layer, and improve the single well of the oil and gas field. This paper introduces the use of high-speed mud pulser in the 8-1/2″section of an X well in Shanxi shale gas field. According to the data uploaded by MWD system, the effects of trajectory control, dynamic trajectory measurement and logging while drilling quality are analyzed. The results show that the HSVP? system has high drilling efficiency, fast uploading speed and timely and accurate orientation. It proves that the logging quality of the system is excellent during the drilling process, and accumulated operating experience for the expansion of the system.
