中文摘要:土耳其卡赞碱矿钻井项目主要采用了水平定向对接井利用高精度中靶技术与垂直井在碱层中对接后进行水溶采矿的方法。该项目通过长期大量的钻井工作,在已有的钻井技术与地质条件基础上,改进完善了与地层相适应的钻井技术,建立了矿区三维地质模型,设计应用了水平分支对接井,优化了钻井轨迹设计,建立起非矿层与矿层的基准物探测井响应曲线,探索出矿区地层致斜机理及相应钻井防斜措施,研究并应用了各种井底钻具组合与设备,采用了提高水平钻井轨迹控制精度的技术方法。上述多种水溶采矿钻井技术创新措施的应用,提高了矿山规划能力、降低了施工成本、提高了资源回采率、缩短了施工工期、降低了劳动强度、提高了钻进效率、减少了施工场地与环境破坏。可为天然碱矿及可溶性矿产的整体矿山规划,以及钻井水溶采矿技术的提高提供借鉴。

A review of innovative techniques for solution mining of intersected well sets at Kazan trona mine in Turkey
Abstract:The solution mine of Kazan natural trona mine is realized by solvent circulation of intersected well units, which were constructed by drilling of a series of horizontal wells to connect related vertical wells to form intersected well sets, with the help of high accuracy target-hitting guidance system. On the basis of the previous long-term experience, the condition of drilling techniques and geological characteristics of the mine, a series of innovative drilling related techniques were developed for the purpose of better exploiting the mine, including the drilling technique that is adaptable with the properties of strata, the 3D geological modelling of the mine, the design and application of horizontal branching intersected wells, the optimized horizontal well trajectory design, and the baseline of geophysical logging response of ore and non-ore ledge, the deviation control methods based on the study on the mechanism of deviation due to geological characteristics of strata, various bottom-hole assembly for directional drilling, and the technique to improve the control of horizontal drilling trajectory, etc. A lot of benefits were achieved by the application of these techniques, such as the improvement of planning capacity of the mine, reduced cost of well construction, enhanced recovery of the trona mine, decreased period of construction, raised efficiency of drilling operation, and minimized impact on environment. The innovative techniques could be referred as a guide for the planning of trona mine or other soluble ore exploitation, and for the construction of intersected well units.
