中文摘要:以中蓝置业住宅地块项目为例,通过对“橡皮土”地层成因机理分析,得出“橡皮土”性状的出现与土层的粘粒含量和含水率相关性较高的结论。总结了处理“橡皮土”的措施,就是改变“橡皮土”的流塑性状,降低土层的含水率。改变土层流塑性的措施有置换土质、深层搅拌添加水泥、生石灰等,增强其固结性能,或者压入碎石、卵石等增加其稳固性。改变含水率的措施,有置换土质、挖渠抽水晾晒、抽水降水等。 本项目选择搅拌置换和抽水降水的作业方式,都达到了消失“橡皮土”性状的目的,满足了施工的需求。

Construction Treatment Technology Of "Rubber Soil" Stratum Construction Work Surface
Abstract:Zhonglan Real Estate Residential Land Project as an example, through the analysis of the formation mechanism of the "rubber soil" stratum, it is concluded that the appearance of the "rubber soil" is related to the clay content and moisture content of the soil layer.Highly sexual conclusion. Summarized the measures to deal with "rubber soil", which is to change the flow plasticity of "rubber soil" and reduce the moisture content of the soil layer. Measures to change the plasticity of soil laminar flow include replacing the soil quality, adding cement and quicklime in deep mixing to enhance its consolidation performance, or pressing crushed stones and pebbles to increase its stability. Measures to change the moisture content include soil replacement, ditch digging and drying, and water pumping for precipitation. The selection of mixing replacement and pumping precipitation operations in this project have achieved the goal of disappearing the "rubber soil" properties and met the needs of construction.
