中文摘要:以中蓝置业住宅地块项目为例,通过对“橡皮土”地层成因机理分析,得出“橡皮土”性状的出现与土层的粘粒含量和含水率相关性较高的结论。总结了处理“橡皮土”的措施,就是改变“橡皮土”的流塑性状,降低土层的含水率。改变土层流塑性的措施有置换土质、深层搅拌添加水泥、生石灰等,增强其固结性能,或者压入碎石、卵石等增加其稳固性。改变含水率的措施,有置换土质、挖渠抽水晾晒、抽水降水等。 本项目选择搅拌置换和抽水降水的作业方式,都达到了消失“橡皮土”性状的目的,满足了施工的需求。

Construction treatment technology on "rubber soil" stratum as a construction work ground
Abstract:Zhonglan Real Estate Residential Land Project as an example, through the analysis of the formation mechanism of the "rubber soil" stratum, It is concluded that the measures of the "rubber soil" treatment is to change the fluid-plastic properties of "rubber soil" and reduce the moisture content of soil layer. The measures to change the flow plasticity of soil layer include replacing soil quality、 adding cement and quicklime in deep stirring to enhance the consolidation performance, or pressing gravel and pebble to increase the stability. The measures of water content change include replacement of soil quality, digging channels and draw water for drying and pumping water and precipitation. In this project, the operation mode of stirring replacement and pumping precipitation has achieved the purpose of eliminating the "rubber soil" character, which met the construction demand.
