土耳其贝帕扎里矿区边缘对接井组施工中的问题分析与处理

中文摘要:土耳其贝帕扎里天然碱矿区属于世界第二大天然碱矿区的一部分,现今采矿区域到达矿区边缘,为了在规范条件下实现产量最大化,需在矿区边缘布置对接井组对矿区边缘的矿产进行水溶开采。矿区边缘地质条件复杂,多条褶皱带和断裂带位于本文研究区域。在前期钻井施工过程中,发现此区域有明显的地质异常情况,如首采层的尖灭、呈V型变化、倾角大且不规则变化等。针对贝帕扎里矿区边缘对接井组施工中出现的几个典型异常问题,采用了套管锻铣技术、方位伽马配合定向钻进及"慧磁"中靶系统、增加勘探井布井密度等技术措施,有效地解决了出现的所有问题。

Abstract:Beypazari trona solution mining area in Turkey is part of the second largest trona mining area in the world. Now the solution mining area reaches the margin of the mining area. In order to maximize the production under the standard conditions, it is necessary to arrange horizontal intersected well units at the margin of the mining area to mine the trona out. The geological conditions at the margin of the mining area are complex, many folding and fault zones are located in the study area of this paper. In the early drilling construction process, it is found that there are obvious geological anomalies in this area, such as the pinch out of the primary mining layer, V-shape primary mining layer, and irregular primary mining layer with high dip angle. In view of these typical abnormal problems in the construction of intersected well units under the abnormal geological conditions at the margin of the mining area, several technical measures, such as the casing section milling technology, directional drilling with azimuth gamma and Smart-mag target-hitting system, and increasing number of the exploration wells are adopted and all the problems have been resolved efficiently through these measures.
