中文摘要:新疆三塘湖盆地油页岩(页岩气)三页1井设计井深1750m,要求全井取心。钻进过程中存在缩径、坍塌等复杂孔内情况及冬季施工困难等问题。通过采取聚合物成膜泥浆体系、改进取心钻具等工艺技术措施以及针对性的施工管理措施,有效解决了钻井技术难题。为该区域油气资源调查评价提供了高质量的实物资料。

Drilling technology of Sanye well-1 Oil shale (shale gas), Santanghu Basin, Xinjiang
Abstract:Sanye well-1 of Oil shale (Shale gas) in Xinjiang Santanghu Basin designed depth of 1750 meters and requires full well coring. In the drilling process, there are some problems such as necking, collapse and construction difficulty in winterand so on. Through the adoption of polymer film forming mud system, special coring drilling tools and other technical measures as well as targeted construction management measures, the drilling technical problems are effectively solved. It provides high quality physical data for the investigation and evaluation of oil and gas resources in this area.
