中文摘要:围绕温州港状元岙港区化工码头工程的地层特点和设计要求,在嵌岩斜桩施工中应用冲击成桩技术。为控制桩孔斜度,设计了钢护筒导向架、筒柱式空心锤、橄榄球式混凝土灌注导管等施工工艺。通过桩基检测,验证了改进后施工工艺的可靠性。

Construction Technology of Inclined Rock-socketed Pile
Abstract:Including the design requirement and stratum characteristic,the construction technology of percussion driller is applied in the inclined rock-socketed pile of Wenzhou Port Zhuangyuanao Project. To control the inclination of pile hole, the steel guard tube guide frame, the tubular pillar hollow hammer, and the rugby concrete pouring guide has been designed. Through pile foundation inspection, the reliability of the improved construction technology is verified
