中文摘要:土耳其卡赞天然碱矿水溶采对接井施工项目技术规程中对工程质量的要求非常严格。由于矿区地质构造复杂、地层倾角大、含水层多等原因,易出现直井易斜、岩心采取率低、固井质量差,对接水平井轨迹控制难等问题。针对这些问题,项目部技术组在前期施工经验的基础上,通过调查研究,方案优选等手段,分别提出了针对性的措施,有效解决了这些钻井难题,优化了钻井工艺,从而保证了施工质量,加快了施工进度。从该项目施工过程中取得的成果对于今后类似工程的施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Quality Control Measurements of Intersected Solution Mining Well Sets of Construction of Kazan Natural Trona Mine
Abstract:The requirement on the quality control in the technical specifications is very strict in the intersected solution mining well sets construction project of Kazan natural trona mine. Due to the geological characteristics of the site, the dip angle of the formation, and existent of several aquifers, the vertical wells were easily deviated, and core recovery rate was low, and cement bonding were poor. While for the horizontal well, it was very difficult to control the trajectory of the well. After a thorough analysis of data obtained from previously constructed wells and a study of related issues and scheme optimization, several measurements were put forwarded and applied. The results showed that all the drilling problems were effectively solved, the techniques of drilling were improved, and construction period were reduced. The experience acquired from the project could be used as a reference for the construction of the similar program.
