方位伽玛随钻测量技术土耳其天然碱溶采工程中的应用

中文摘要:随着土耳其贝帕扎里碱矿区进入开采的中后期,需要大量在矿区边缘地带布井施工,由于矿层薄,起伏大,在进行水平对接连通施工过程中,普通伽玛随钻测量系统已经无法保证碱层钻遇率的要求,诸多井组在开采过程中出现不同程度的堵井,严重的导致井组直接报废。方位伽玛随钻测量系统的研制,在现有MWD随钻系统的基础上,串入聚焦伽玛探管,通过记录不同的窗口角度和伽马计数值,从而获得特定方向的自然伽马,脉冲将方位伽玛数据传输至地面解码,通过对上伽玛和下伽玛值的变化分析,即可获得钻孔是穿出矿层进入矿层项板还是底板,为定向井工程师及时提供定向依据,重新找回矿层,保证钻遇率。在水平对接连通井溶采应用过程中,除了对已堵井进行修复外,新施工水平井直接采用方位伽玛测量系统,保证水平钻进在碱层内进行,从源头上杜绝堵井事故的发生。

Abstract:With the Turkey Beypazari alkali in mid and late into the mining of mining area, It is necessary to lay a lot of Wells on the edge of the mining area.Because of the thin seam, ups and downs, in the process of horizontally butted connected construction, ordinary gamma MWD system has been unable to meet the requirements of base layer drill encounter rate and many well group in different degrees of p a appeared in the process of mining, serious cause well group directly scrap.Bearing gamma MWD system is developed, in the existing MWDS while drilling system, on the basis of series focusing on gamma tube, by recording the window of the different angles and gamma ray count value, thereby gaining specific direction of natural gamma ray, pulse unscrambles the azimuth gamma data transmission to the ground, through the analysis to the change of gamma and gamma value under, can obtain is wear a seam drilling into the bed board or motherboard, provide directional basis for directional well engineer in time, back seam, ensure the drilling rate.In the application process of horizontal butt joint connected Wells, in addition to repairing the blocked Wells, azimuth gamma measurement system is directly used in the new horizontal Wells to ensure horizontal drilling is carried out in the alkali layer and prevent plugging accidents from the source.
