中文摘要:为保证铁路隧道施工安全,需要对隧道开挖前方地质情况快速、准确预报,以便技术人员采取有针对性的方案和措施。作者在分析目前钻探取心工艺的基础上,结合隧道施工的实际情况,提出采用冲击钻探取心工艺技术来实现对隧道前方地层进行水平冲击钻进取心工艺。本文从隧道水平冲击取心钻进施工设备改进完善和三重管取心钻具研制两个方面来进行研究,通过对现有钻机的改进完善满足了隧道水平冲击钻探取心施工的要求,根据冲击取心钻进的特点,设计出的三重管取心钻具解决了水平冲击钻探取心的难题,通过多个工程实践应用,获得了较好效果。

Horizontal percussion core drilling technology for tunnel geological prediction
Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of railway tunnel construction, it is necessary to quickly and accurately forecast the geological conditions in front of tunnel excavation, so that technicians can take targeted schemes and measures. Based on the analysis of the current drilling coring technology, combined with the actual situation of tunnel construction, the author proposes to use percussive drilling coring technology to realize the horizontal percussive drilling coring technology in front of the tunnel. This paper studies the improvement and improvement of tunnel horizontal percussion coring construction equipment and the development of triple tube coring tool. Through the improvement of the existing drilling rig, it meets the requirements of tunnel horizontal percussion drilling coring construction. According to the characteristics of percussive coring drilling, the triple tube coring drilling tool designed solves the coring problem of horizontal percussion drilling Good results have been achieved in practice.
