中文摘要:针对目前地浸砂岩铀矿钻探施工现状,本文从工艺技术与装备等多方面提出了一系列提高钻探效率的改进措施。主要包括:实行地表退心平行作业、采用低固相聚合物泥浆、优化钻头钻具组合、松散地层应用单动双管和大口径绳索取心钻进技术、开展无岩心钻进技术等。另外,开发自动化数字化的砂岩铀矿钻探设备,以大力提升行业钻探水平。

Discussion on Technical Measures to Improve the Drilling Efficiency of In-situ Leachable Sandstone-type Uranium
Abstract:Regarding the current status of drilling activities in in-situ leaching sandstone uranium deposits, this article proposes a series of measures to improve drilling efficiency from many aspects, such as process technology and drilling equipment. The scheme mainly includes implementation of surface de-centering parallel operation, utilization of low-solid polymer mud, optimization of bit and drilling tool assembly, application of single-acting double-tube and heavy-gauge wire-line core drilling technology in loose strata, and execution of coreless drilling technology. Besides, developing of automated and digital drilling equipment is also involved to promote the industrial level of drilling engineering.
