中文摘要:汉源大树大渡河大桥2#桥墩12根钻孔灌注桩,钻孔直径250cm,钻孔深度为63-75m不等,桩径大,桩孔深,属于河水位以下的巨厚砂层桩基施工,具有一定的施工难度。2#墩基岩上伏覆盖层存在多层砂土及卵石夹土(质土),且砂层巨厚,在11.5~49.4m之间除厚5.5m的卵石夹土外均为砂土,对桩基成孔施工极为不利,采用冲击钻进成孔,泥浆净化装置除渣,通过对钻头直径的控制、内护筒的使用、灌注时导管埋深的控制等措施,确保了工程的顺利完工,相关技术措施可为其他类似施工提供借鉴。

Construction technology practice of φ250cm large diameter underwater bored pile in thick sand layer for2# of Dadu River
Abstract:The 12 bored piles of the 2# pier of the big tree Dadu River Bridge in Hanyuan County have a diameter of 250cm and a depth of 63-75m. The diameter of piles is large and the depth of pile holes is deep.It belongs to the construction of thick sandy gravel layer below river level, which has certain construction difficulty. There are many layers of sand and pebble soil in the 2# pier bedrock, and the sand layer is very thick. It is sandy soil between 11.5-49.4m except for the gravel cobble soil with thick 5.5m. It is very disadvantageous to the hole forming construction of pile foundation. Impact-drill is used to form holes, mud purification device is used to remove slag. Through the control of bit diameter, the use of inner casing, and the control of pipe buried depth during pouring, the successful completion of the project is ensured,The relevant technical measures can provide reference for other similar construction.
