中文摘要:海上油气田频繁的钻井作业导致平台重复就位时桩靴滑移问题日益严重,大大增加了作业风险。通过分析桩靴的力学特性,研究海底土体的破坏形式,提出了不同类型土质条件下的桩靴水平力计算模型,并利用滑移线有限差分法近似计算桩靴极限载荷。根据海上作业要求提出了一系列安全控制措施,为安全高效地实现平台重复就位提供了参考。

Sliding analysis and control of jack-up rig during re-siting
Abstract:Frequent drilling operations in offshore oil and gas fields lead to the increasingly serious problem of pile shoe sliding during jack-up rig re-siting,which greatly increases the operation risk. By analyzing mechanical properties of pile shoe and studying the failure mode of seabed soil,horizontal force calculation models of pile shoe under different types of soil conditions are presented. The finite difference method of slip line is used to calculate ultimate bearing capacity of pile shoe. According to the requirements of offshore operation, a series of safety control measures are put forward, which provide a reference for realizing jack-up rig re-siting safely and efficiently.
