复杂地层梳状定向长钻孔在区域瓦斯治理中的应用

中文摘要:针对贵州毕节地区某煤矿瓦斯治理预抽时钻孔抽采距离短、成孔性差、孔内事故频发等难题,提出在某煤矿采用底板穿层梳状定向长钻孔的技术方法。通过优化钻孔布孔形式、布孔层位和分支孔施工工艺,保证钻孔主孔成孔深度和分支孔见遇煤层率。试验期间,施工钻孔主孔深度均大于600m,分支孔见遇煤层率达到60%。钻孔成孔明显得到改善,单孔最大瓦斯抽采浓度达到85%,最大瓦斯抽采纯量达到2.5m3/min,同时节省了施工成本,为毕节矿区瓦斯治理提供了新的方案。

Application of Comb Directional Long Borehole in Complex Stratum inRegional Gas Control
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that a short main hole, poor hole-making and frequent accidents in a certain coal mine of Bijie Guizhou, we put forward a technique by using floor comb-like directional long borehole to control gas. By optimizing drilling pattern, drilling horizon and branch hole construction, we can ensure the hole depth of the main hole and the coal seam rate of the branch hole. During the test, the depth of the main hole of the construction hole was more than 600m, and the coal seam rate of the branch hole was 60%. The drilling hole has been obviously improved, for instance, the maximum gas drainage concentration of single hole reached 78%, and the maximum gas extraction purity reached 2.33m3/min. This project not only saved construction costs, but provided a new approach for gas control in mining area of Bijie city.
