东乘公麻冻土地层低温钻井液研究与应用

中文摘要:结合东乘公麻金矿区地层特性和高原冻土环境实际,钻进过程中存在冻土地层融化、孔壁膨胀崩塌、钻孔越打越浅、岩心采取困难、钻孔冻结等技术难题,为全面提升钻进效率、降低钻进成本,通过对钻探施工设备、施工工艺和施工管理进行研究和分析,将解决困难问题重点放在低温钻井液性能研究上。通过正交实验对钻井液配方在-5℃条件下对比,优选出抗低温、散热系数小、粘度适中、滤失量低的最佳配方。结合实验数据和矿区工作实际,采用同类型冲洗材料替换的原则改进钻井液配方,从而解决高原冻土地层钻进技术难题。在CZK031和CZK4821两个钻孔进行现场应用,冲洗液对孔壁保护较好,未发生孔壁坍塌掉块和孔内冻结事故,取得了较好的施工效果。低温钻井液配方的研究应用,对其他地区高原冻土地层施工具有参考意义。

The study and application of low-temperature drilling fluid for permafrost strata in Dongchenggongma area
Abstract:In combination with the characteristics of strata and the fact of plateau permafrost environment of Dongchenggongma, there are melting permafrost strata, expansion of hole wall collapse, drilling more play more shallow, core taking difficult and borehole freezing etc. technical problems in the process of drilling, in order to comprehensively improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling costs, through the research and analysis of drilling construction equipment, construction technology and construction management, this paper focuses on the performance research of low-temperature drilling fluid to solve the difficult problems. Through orthogonal experiment, the formulation of drilling fluid was compared under -5℃ condition, select the best formulation with low temperature resistance, small heat dissipation coefficient, moderate viscosity and low filtration loss. In combination with experimental data and mining practice,based on the principle of flush material replace same type to improve the drilling fluid formula to solve the plateau permafrost strata drilling technical problems. In CZK031 and CZK4821 two drilling for field application, the hole wall is well protected by the flushing fluid, and no collapse and freezing accident occurred, which has achieved good construction effect. The research and application of low-temperature drilling fluid formulation has reference significance to the construction of plateau permafrost strata in other areas.
