近十年国内钻井液降粘剂研究进展

中文摘要:随着能源消费持续升高,深井钻探需求日益凸显,深部高温带来的钻井液粘度增加、流变性变差等问题,致使降粘剂成为不可缺少的钻井液处理剂之一。综述近十年国内钻井液降粘剂的研究现状,主要介绍降粘机理、降粘剂种类、降粘剂发展前景及挑战三方面。近年来,合成聚合物类降粘剂研究量居多、发展最迅速,本文着重介绍此类降粘剂的发展现状及前景。

Research Progress of Domestic Drilling Fluid Viscosity Reducer in Recent Ten Years
Abstract:As energy consumption continues to rise, the demand for deep well drilling has become increasingly prominent. The problems such as increased viscosity of drilling fluids and poorer rheology caused by deep high temperatures have made viscosity reducers one of the indispensable drilling fluid treatment agents. This review summarizes the research status of drilling fluid viscosity reducers in the past ten years, mainly introduces the mechanism of viscosity reduction, types of viscosity reducers, the development prospect and challenges or viscosity reducers. In recent years, the research amount of synthetic polymer viscosity reducer is the most and the development is the most rapid. This article focuses on the development status and prospects of this type of viscosity reducers.
