中文摘要:本文介绍了安徽省砀山县北部地热资源调查ZK01孔小口径绳索取芯钻遇厚度达600多米水敏性泥岩地层,在该地层施工过程中地层遇水后表面水化,出现缩径和套管内壁结一层虚厚泥皮现象,导致泥浆循环不畅、出现憋泵持压。该项目通过结合小口径绳索取芯钻进工艺特点,分析该孔缩径特征、套管内壁结泥皮原因后,采用液控扩孔钻头和无固相乳化抑制系泥浆等技术取得了很好的效果。文中介绍了液控扩孔钻头原理、扩孔作业注意事项、无固相乳化抑制泥浆的维护和配制。其中液控扩孔钻头是首次在小口径绳索取芯钻进工艺中采用,为后续施工类似地层提供很好的借鉴作用。

Construction technology of small diameter rope coring technology in deep mudstone stratum in Dangshan area
Abstract:This article introduces the survey of geothermal resources in the northern part of Dangshan County, Anhui Province. The small-diameter rope core drilling of hole ZK01 encountered a water-sensitive mudstone formation with a thickness of more than 600 meters. During the construction of the formation, the surface hydrated after encountering water, and the diameter shrinkage and the casing The formation of a thick layer of mud on the wall results in poor mud circulation and holding pressure on the pump. This project combines the characteristics of the small-diameter rope core drilling process, analyzes the hole shrinkage characteristics and the reason for the mud skin on the inner wall of the casing, and uses hydraulic control reaming drill bits and non-solid emulsion suppression system mud to achieve good results. Effect. The article introduces the principle of hydraulic control reaming bit, the precautions for reaming operation, the maintenance and preparation of non-solid phase emulsification inhibitor mud. Among them, the hydraulic control reaming bit is used for the first time in the small-diameter rope core drilling process, which provides a good reference for the subsequent construction of similar formations.
