钻头在页岩气井泥页岩类地层中的应用分析

中文摘要:摘要:论文依托长江中下游地区页岩气调查井工程,该工程采用绳索取心钻进工艺,钻井液体系为水基钻井液。钻遇地层多为软硬互层、泥质含量高的水敏性泥岩地层。在施工中金刚石钻头经常出现钻头泥包现象以及软硬夹层中的PDC钻头崩齿现象,严重影响钻头机械钻速。文章系统分析了金刚石钻头泥包及PDC钻头崩齿的原因。分析认为,现场钻头应用过程中产生的上述问题与钻头唇面结构设计、钻头水路设计、钻头材料与表面状态、钻进规程参数及钻井液性能有着密切关系。项目通过对钻进工艺、地层岩性分析研究,对原有钻头进行了结构形式优化和改进设计,对钻进规程参数也进行了工艺优化,结果表明:现场钻速明显提升,大大提高了泥岩段及夹层段的钻进效率

Application analysis of drill bits in shale formations in shale gas wells
Abstract:Abstract: The thesis relies on the shale gas survey well project in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the project uses rope core drilling technology,and the drilling fluid system is water-based drilling fluid.The strata encountered are mostly soft and hard interbedded,water-sensitive mudstone formations with high shale content.The bit mud pack phenomenon and the PDC bit chipping phenomenon in the soft and hard interlayer often occur under construction,seriously affect the drilling speed of the drill bit.The article systematically analyzes the causes of diamond bit mud packs and PDC bit chipping.The analysis believes that the above-mentioned problems arising from the application of the field bit are closely related to the design of the bit lip surface structure,the design of the bit waterway,the bit material and surface condition,the drilling specification parameters and the performance of the drilling fluid.The project passed the analysis and research on drilling technology and stratum lithology,optimized the structure and improved the design of the original drill bit and process optimization of drilling procedure parameters has also been carried out. The results show:the field drilling speed has been significantly increased, greatly improving the drilling efficiency of the mudstone section and the interlayer.
