关于深井钻进时井底钻头造斜导向系统的分析与建议

中文摘要:深井钻进中,随着井深的增加,钻进条件变得更为复杂,钻井效率降低,钻井质量不好保证,井斜问题更加难以控制。俄罗斯地质钻探工程中正在积极使用回转式导向系统Роторные управляемые системы--РУС (Rotary Steerable System--RSS),主要是利用井底钻头的造斜作用,进行增斜、减斜和稳斜钻进,可以控制井斜的方向和强度,精度很高(±0.1°),井深可达13km,回次长度可以达到1000m,对于我国深井,特别是地质超深井钻进具有一定参考价值。

Analysis and suggestion about downhole bit deflection drilling navigation system while deep drilling
Abstract:In deep drilling with the increasing of borehole depth drilling conditions become more complicated, drilling rate decreased, borehole quality is not guaranteed and controlling borehole direction is difficult. In Russia the Rotary Steerable System-RSS with downhole bit deflecting is used actively and the increasing, decreasing and stabilizing of intensity and direction of borehole deflection can be obtained. The accuracy of the system is very high(±°0.1°),the depth of the borehole can reach 13 km, and the length of round trip drilling 1000m,therefore the system has definite reference value for deep drilling ,particularly for ultra deep geological drilling in China.
