复杂地层顶板大直径高位定向钻孔试验及应用

中文摘要:针对煤矿地层条件复杂,常规钻进工作量大、单孔深度不足、难以成孔、瓦斯抽采浓度低等诸多问题,开展了煤矿复杂地层中施工顶板大直径高位定向钻孔试验。以东保卫煤矿施工为依据,根据煤层顶板地质实际情况,在36#煤层顶板施工6个Φ120 mm大孔径顶板高位定向钻孔,其中孔深300 m以上钻孔成孔率达到83.3%,最大孔深510 m。利用顶板大直径高位定向钻孔进行瓦斯抽采,其抽采浓度比原有工作面常规瓦斯钻孔抽采浓度增加66.7%,取得显著瓦斯抽采效果。顶板大直径高位定向钻孔成功应用,为东保卫煤矿以及相似条件矿区推广应用提供了技术支撑。

Test and Application of large diameter directional drilling in complex formation roof
Abstract:In view of the complex strata conditions of 36-700 roof in the third mining area of Dongbaowei coal mine, as well as the problems such as heavy workload of conventional drilling, insufficient depth of single hole, difficulty in hole forming and low concentration of gas drainage, the directional drilling equipment of underground coal mine was carried out to construct large-diameter high-level directional drilling of roof plate in complex strata of Dongbaowei coal mine. According to the actual geological conditions of coal seam roof, six Φ120mm high position directional boreholes with large diameter of 120mm were constructed in the roof of 36# coal seam. The hole forming rate of the holes with a depth of more than 300 m reached 83.3%, and the maximum hole depth was 510m. The concentration of gas extraction by large diameter directional drilling on the roof is 66.7% higher than that of conventional gas hole extraction on the original working face, and significant gas extraction effect is achieved. The successful application of large-diameter and high-position directional drilling on the roof provides technical support for the promotion and application of Dongbaowei Coal Mine and mining areas with similar conditions.
