中文摘要:冲孔灌注桩虽然在各类地层都具有广泛的适用性,但是在复杂地质条件下,极易发生偏孔,结合某高层建筑冲孔灌注桩施工中频繁偏孔的情况,对冲孔过程中的偏孔问题进行全面分析研究。以避免偏孔为目标,从应对孤石和斜硬岩层两个方面来针对性进行探研,应对孤石时,合理控制钻头、冲程及冲孔频率;应对斜硬岩层时,研究了钻头增厚合金块改进技术 。最后有效地避免了偏孔的产生。

Research and application of improvement technology for deviation correction of impact cast-in-place pile hole
Abstract:Although punched cast-in-place piles have wide applicability in all kinds of strata, they are prone to eccentric holes under complex geological conditions. Combined with the frequent eccentric holes in the construction of punched cast-in-place piles in a high-rise building, the problem of eccentric holes in the punching process is comprehensively analyzed and studied. With the goal of avoiding eccentric hole, the exploration is carried out from two aspects of dealing with boulder and inclined hard rock stratum, and when dealing with boulder, the bit, stroke and punching frequency are reasonably controlled; When dealing with inclined hard rock stratum, the improvement technology of bit thickening alloy block was studied and specific design was made in advance. Finally, the generation of offset holes is effectively avoided.
