中文摘要:近年来在新疆伊犁盆地施工的砂岩型铀矿钻孔孔深大多在600~1000m之间,钻孔终孔测井平均偏斜距在28m左右,中深孔孔斜难于控制是影响伊犁矿区钻孔成孔质量的主要技术难题。伊犁盆地钻探施工多采用普钻工艺,盆地内复杂地层引起的钻孔孔内扩径现象普遍。普钻钻杆刚度小,钻杆在孔内转动时甩动弯曲幅度大,是导致在伊犁盆地施工的砂岩型铀矿中深孔孔斜控制困难的主要影响因素。中深孔钻孔偏斜距较大,影响地质成果质量和钻探经济效益。通过设计适合在伊犁盆地复杂地层内使用的扶正器并优化钻具组合,使伊犁盆地试验区内施工的砂岩型铀矿中深孔平均偏斜距得到了大幅度的下降,该中深孔孔斜防控改进技术方案对同类型钻孔施工具有一定的借鉴性。

The technique of oblique prevention and control of deep holes in sandstone-type uranium ore in YiLi Basin
Abstract:In recent years, the sandstone-type uranium mine drilling depth in Xinjiang Yili Basin is mostly between 600 and 1000m, the average skew of the drilling final hole logging is about 28m, the middle and deep hole slope is difficult to control is the main technical problem affecting the quality of drilling holes in Yili mining area. Drilling construction in yili basin is mostly done by drilling technology, and the phenomenon of hole expansion caused by complex formations in the basin is common. The small stiffness of the drill pipe and the large swinging bending range when the drill pipe rotates in the hole are the main factors that cause the difficulty of controlling the slope of deep holes in the sandstone-type uranium mine constructed in the Ili Basin. The skew of medium and deep holes has a large skew, which affects the quality of geological achievements and the economic benefits of drilling. By designing a positiveizer suitable for use in the complex formation of the Yili Basin and optimizing the combination of centralizer, the average slope of deep holes in sandstone-type uranium mines constructed in the Ili Basin test area has been greatly reduced, and the technical scheme of the medium-deep hole oblique prevention and control improvement has some reference for the same type of drilling construction.
