中文摘要:河南WR-1地热勘探井设计有新近系馆陶组和奥陶系2个勘探目的层,需要各自进行成井和测试工作,馆陶组成井测试完成后需要继续钻进完成奥陶系成井。在井身结构设计时,从套管设计、固井结构等各方面进行优化改进,解决了馆陶组成井管柱固井、钻孔与套管级配以及过滤器参数设计等问题,并通过实钻在实践中得到了验证。本文主要介绍了该井的井身结构设计的原理、思路,并通过分析设计原理提供一种解决问题的方法,以及运用工程实践验证对该种方法进行验证,丰富了地热井固井方法,为其它相似项目提供理论和实践指导。

Optimal design and construction practice of well structural design on the two geothermal reserviors
Abstract:The WR-1 geothermal exploration well in Henan Province is designed with two exploration target zones, the Neogene Guantao Formation and the Ordovician, which is necessary to be completed and tested separately. After the completion of the Guantao Formation well test, it is necessary to continue drilling to complete the Ordovician well. In the design of the wellbore structure, the optimization and improvement from various aspects solved the problems of the pipe string cementing, drilling and casing grading and filter parameter design of the Guantao Formation well, and verified in practice through real drilling. This paper mainly introduces the principle, ideas and methods of solving the well structure design of the well, as well as the effect of practical verification, and provides reference for other similar projects.
