泥水盾构泥浆泵选型关键参数规律性研究

中文摘要:为了认清在泥水盾构泥浆泵选型设计时的规律性和差异性,针对现有研究的不足,采用统计分析法,从15个实际工程案例入手,统计了包括开挖直径、隧道长度、穿越主要地层、进(排)泥的管径、比重和流量在内的17个关键参数等,分析在选型设计阶段关键参数之间的规律性和差异性,得到了进(排)泥的管径、密度与开挖直径的一次线性回归方程、不同地层的进排泥密度选取规律等6点结论,最后将结论成功运用于福州地铁F1线滨海新城站~机场站中间风井泥水盾构区间,研究成果可为今后泥浆泵选型或评估提供新的思路。

Study on the regularity of key parameters of slurry pump selection for slurry shield
Abstract:In order to recognize the regularity and differences in the selection and design of the slurry pump type of the slurry shield, , in view of the shortcomings of the existing research, the statistical analysis method is adopted, starting from 15 actual engineering cases, the 17 key statistics include the diameter of the excavation, the length of the tunnel, the main stratum, inlet (discharge) mud, the main stratum, Pipe diameter, density and flow of incoming (discharging) sludge and so on was analyzed, Six conclusions are obtained, such as the first-order linear regression equation between the pipe diameter, density and excavation diameter of inlet (discharge) mud, and the selection law of inlet and discharge mud density in different stratum, and finally the conclusions was successfully applied to the ventilation shaft mud water shield section between Binhai Xincheng Station and Airport Station of F1 Line of Fuzhou Metro. The research results can provide new ideas for the selection or evaluation of mud pumps in the future.
