高位定向钻孔分层布置与瓦斯抽采效果分析

中文摘要:为了提高顶板高位定向钻孔在采空区及上隅角瓦斯治理的效果,提出高位定向钻孔分层布置,在曙光煤矿开展现场试验,通过对不同层位高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采数据分析和高位定向钻孔整个瓦斯抽采周期内瓦斯抽采效果研究,试验结果表明高位定向钻孔在整个抽采周期内瓦斯抽采效果总体呈波动状态,中间孔段由于处于顶板裂隙带内,瓦斯抽采效果较稳定,两端孔段由于处于钻孔造斜孔段未进入顶板裂隙带内及受前后钻场钻孔搭接影响,瓦斯抽采效果波动较大。为提高高位定向钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,可采用大角度开孔或大角度螺杆马达造斜以降低造斜孔段长度,并增加相邻两钻场钻孔搭接长度,从而降低两端孔段比例,提高中间孔段比例。

Layered layout of high-position directional boreholes and analysis of gas drainage effect
Abstract:In order to improve the effect of high-level directional drilling on the roof in the goaf and upper corner gas control, a layered arrangement of high-level directional boreholes was proposed, and field tests were carried out in Shuguang Coal Mine. Through the analysis of gas drainage data from high-level directional boreholes at different levels The gas drainage effect of high-position directional boreholes in the entire gas drainage cycle. The test results show that the gas drainage effect of high-position directional boreholes fluctuates throughout the entire drainage cycle. The middle hole section is located in the roof crack zone. The drainage effect is relatively stable. The gas drainage effect fluctuates greatly because the holes at both ends are located in the hole section of the drill hole and do not enter the roof fissure zone and are affected by the overlap of the front and rear drill fields. In order to improve the gas drainage effect of high-position directional drilling, a large-angle opening or a large-angle screw motor can be used to reduce the length of the inclined hole section and increase the overlap length of the two adjacent drilling sites, thereby reducing the holes at both ends. Section ratio, increase the middle hole section ratio.
