Abstract:After the accident in Hushan gold mine, our company received the notice from the emergency department of Shandong Province and immediately organized relevant personnel to rush to the accident site. According to the requirements of the emergency rescue headquarters, our company constructed No. 6 rescue borehole. The functions of this borehole are: first, as a supply and communication hole; Second, as the drainage hole of shaft and roadway; Third, as a life passage, large-diameter construction pilot hole. In order to complete the above construction purposes, according to the characteristics of the strata of the mine, such as high hardness of granite, broken rocks in some strata and water content in the strata, in order to speed up the emergency rescue progress and avoid accidents in the hole, the process parameters and operation specifications from equipment installation to construction are formulated in accordance with the three principles of "stability, accuracy and speed", so as to avoid delay in work and time during construction, Avoid the occurrence of secondary accidents in the rescue process; The whole hole is drilled with pneumatic DTH hammer, and the footage is scrambled against time, which solves the problem of high hardness of granite in the whole hole, slow footage and low drilling efficiency of conventional cone bit, ensures that the drilling enters the predetermined target area at one time, achieves "stability, accuracy and speed" in the construction, and successfully completes the construction of the hole. |
