PVA1788无固相冲洗液体系的研究与应用

中文摘要:为了提高绳索取心液动锤钻进技术在复杂地层的应用效果,提高无固相冲洗液维持孔壁稳定的能力,在PHP+GSP无固相冲洗液体系的基础上,添加PVA1788冲洗液处理剂。按PHP、GSP、PVA1788比例为1:5:5混合,混合粉加量为1%~1.5%时,API滤失量为10~11mL,漏斗粘度为18.4~21s,塑性粘度为3.5~6mPa.s,动切力为0.5~0.75Pa。根据冲洗液试验及现场应用,该PVA1788无固相冲洗液体系具有粘度低、抑制防塌能力强、润滑性能好、使用维护方便等特点,大幅度提高了液动锤零配件的工作寿命,提高了钻机钻深能力,满足了复杂地层维护孔壁稳定、安全钻进的需要。本文对类似地层无固相冲洗液的推广应用具有参考价值。

Research and Application of PVA1788 Solid-free Flushing Fluid System
Abstract:In order to improve the performance of wire-line coring hydro-hammer in complex formation and to improve the ability of solid-free flushing fluid to maintain the stability of hole wall, PVA1788 flushing fluid treatment agent was added on the basis of PHP + GSP solid-free flushing fluid system.When the ratio of PHP, GSP and PVA1788 is 1:5:5 and the dosage of mixed powder is 1% ~ 1.5%, the solid-free flushing fluid perfomance is as follows, 10~11mL of APl water loss, 18.4~21s of funnel viscosity, 3.5~6mPa.s of plastic viscosity, 0.5~0.75Pa of yield stress. Based on flushing fluid test and field application, the PVA1788 solid-free flushing fluid system has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong inhibition and anti-sloughing ability, good lubrication performance, and convenient operation and maintenance etc. These greatly improve the service life of hydro-hammer parts, increases the drilling capability of the drilling rig, and meets the needs of maintaining stability of hole wall and safe drilling in complex formations. This paper has reference value for the popularization and application of solid-free flushing fluid in similar formations.
