雄安新区D19井破碎热储层气举反循环钻进技术研究

中文摘要:D19井是雄安新区地热清洁能源调查评价项目中的一个勘探孔,完钻井深4021.78m,揭穿雾迷山组和高于庄组两个热储层。在热储层钻进过程中出现了严重漏失的情况,为保护热储层、应对严重漏失的问题,选用了气举反循环钻进工艺。根据施工条件对深井气举反循环钻进设备进行配套,同时对双壁钻杆下深、风量等工艺参数进行了现场试验优选。针对气举反循环钻进过程中,钻遇复杂的破碎地层时返水(渣)通道经常堵塞,致使钻进无法顺利进行的问题,通过对气举反循环钻进防堵工艺的深入研究,研制出了适宜于破碎地层气举反循环钻进的防堵进水接头、同时对进水(渣)口进行保护,有效地解决了破碎地层气举反循环钻进易堵塞的难题,顺利完成了钻探任务。完善了极破碎热储层气举反循环钻工艺技术,为气举反循环钻进工艺在破碎热储层的应用和推广打下了基础。

Research on gas lifting and reverse circulation drilling technology of broken D19 well in Xiongan New Area
Abstract:Well D19 is an exploration hole in the geothermal clean energy survey and evaluation project in Xiongan New Area. The completed drilling depth is 4021.78m, debunking Wumishan Formation and Gaoyuzhuang Formation two heat reservoirs.Serious leakage occurred during the drilling of the thermal reservoir,Serious leakage occurred during the drilling of the thermal reservoir.Supporting the deep well gas lifting and reverse circulation drilling equipment according to the construction conditions,At the same time, the lower depth and air volume of the drilling pipe are tested.In the process of gas lifting and reverse circulation drilling, the return water channel (slag) channel is often blocked when the drilling encounters complex broken strata, resulting in the drilling can not proceed smoothly,Through the thorough study of the gas lifting reverse circulation drilling process,Developed an anti-blocking inlet joint suitable for the reverse circulation drilling of broken strata, while protecting the inlet (slag) port,It effectively solved the problem of broken formation gas lifting reverse circulation drilling, and the drilling task was successfully completed.The process technology of extremely broken heat reservoir gas lifting reverse cycle drilling is improved, which lays a foundation for the application and promotion of gas lifting reverse cycle drilling process in broken heat reservoir.
