Research on Designing of a New Inspect and Measure Means for Bottom Hole Parameters
Abstract:Silicon on Insulator is a new electronic material. In Russia a new inspect and measure means for bottom hole parameters has been researched on and designed using the SOI technology. The means has such advantages as thermal stability, radiation resistance, high accuracy, good sensitivity and high reliability. It is suggested for us to pay attention to it and to discuss and study the means.
