中文摘要:针对固体矿产勘查钻探工程泥浆性能维护和固控装备自动化的需求,开展小型一体化泥浆不落地循环处理工艺研究和自动化控制装备研制。装备主要由循环系统、净化系统、控制系统及循环管汇组成。系统引入PID控制和物联网技术,实现过渡泵的自反馈控制和远程可视化控制。现场应用结果表明装备运行安全、可靠、平稳,净化效率高、自动化程度高,在技术方面、成本方面和环保方面取得了良好的效果。通过自动化控制技术,减少现场作业人员,降低工人劳动强度,提升了岩心钻探设备自动化水平,为实现岩心钻探设备自动化、智能化目标,提供技术支撑。装备可在固体勘查中推广应用,为绿色勘查提供装备支撑。

Research and Application of Intelligent and Efficient Small-sized Integrated mud non-landing System
Abstract:We carry out the research on small integrated mud non-landing system that has the cycle treatment process and the development of automatic control equipment based on the maintaining of mud performance in solid mineral exploration and drilling project and the needs of automation ability of fixed control processing equipment. The equipment is mainly composed of transition system, purification system, control system and circulating pipe sink. In order to realize the reflexive control and remote visual control of the transition pump, our system introduces PID control and Internet of Things technology. The field trial uses show that the operation of the equipment is safe, reliable and stable. And the system has high purification efficiency and high degree of automation. What's more, good results have been achieved in the aspects of technical cost and environmental protection.The use of the automatic control technology can reduce the site operation personnel and their labor intensity which improved the automation level of the core drilling equipment. And the technology provide technical support to achieve the goal of core drilling equipment automation and intelligence. And the equipment can be applied in solid exploration to provide equipment support for green exploration.
