某盖板式随钻测井仪器井下泄漏失效分析与结构优化

中文摘要:由于在内流道孔与T型槽底间存在穿透裂纹,造成某盖板式随钻测井仪器在井下作业时发生内部泄漏事故;通过对穿透裂纹形貌分析来确定裂纹的起源位置,再依靠断口宏观分析、断口微观分析来确定穿透裂纹产生原因,最后通过有限元分析对该种类仪器进行结构优化以提高使用寿命。分析结果表明:灌浆事故是由于在T型槽底边存在较大应力集中且存有切削刀痕进而导致产生疲劳穿透裂纹引起的,裂纹起源于槽底通孔两侧,通过优化槽底边圆角等措施可达到改善应力分布目的。

Downhole Leakage Failure Analysis and Structure Optimization of a Cap - plate Logging While Drilling Instrument
Abstract:Due to the penetration crack between the inner channel hole and the T-groove bottom, the internal leakage accident occurred in the downhole operation of a certain cap plate logging while drilling instrument. The origin of the crack was determined by the analysis of the morphology of the penetrating crack, and then the cause of the penetrating crack was determined by the macro analysis of the fracture and the micro analysis of the fracture. Finally, the structure of the instrument was optimized by the finite element analysis to improve the service life. The analysis results show that the grouting accident is caused by the existence of large stress concentration and cutting tool marks at the bottom edge of T-shaped groove, which leads to the fatigue penetration crack. The crack originated from both sides of the through hole at the bottom of the groove, and the stress distribution can be improved by optimizing the groove bottom fillet and other measures.
