海底钻机回转液压系统仿真分析

中文摘要:海底钻机是海底资源勘探、海洋地质调查以及海洋科学考察不可或缺的重要技术装备,回转系统是海底钻机的核心部件,为钻头提供转速和扭矩。在定量泵供油的回转液压系统中,为减小负载的波动对回转系统输出转速的影响,回转液压系统中设置了定差溢流阀,并利用AMESim对海底钻机回转液压系统进行了建模,在阶跃负载下进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:定差溢流阀能够使得泵出口压力始终与负载相匹配,有效的提高输出转速的平稳性,同时实现系统节能。

Simulation analysis of rotary hydraulic system of subsea drilling rig
Abstract:Seabed drilling rigs are mainly used in seabed resource exploration, marine geological survey and marine scientific investigation. It is an indispensable technical equipment. Rotary system is one of the core components of seabed drilling rig and Provides rotational speed and torque for the drill bit. In the hydraulic system of quantitative pump oil supply, rotary system is provided with differential relief valve to reduce the influence of load fluctuation on the output speed of the slewing system, the rotary hydraulic system of subsea drilling rig is modeled and simulated by AMESim under step load. The simulation results show that: the constant differential relief valve can make the pump outlet pressure always match the load, effectively improve the stability of output speed, and at the same time realize system energy saving.
